Recycling Incorporated
was started in 1976 by Chuck Francis, who envisioned
the operation of a quality professional paper recycling business in a
business dominated by scrap dealers. Beginning in a rental location in
St. Bernard, Ohio, a used truck and one part-time employee, Metro
Recycling was born. Metro Recycling has grown
every year since.
